Journey
Starting with production of approximately 20 metric tonnes per month in 2013, Mr. Yadav has steadily expanded the business and its product range.
In-House Copper Melting
Installed the company’s own UPCAST plant, enabling the processing of carefully selected copper scrap into copper rods and providing greater control over manufacturing.
Investment in Machinery
Imported machinery to improve product quality and strengthen manufacturing capabilities.
Product Expansion
Expanded into copper rod sales, serving a wider range of customer requirements.
Introduction of Tinned Copper Wire
Added tinned copper wire to the product portfolio, with a focus on opportunities in electric vehicles and other electrical and industrial applications.
Future Goals
Mr. Yadav’s vision is to build a business that contributes to India’s manufacturing growth while creating meaningful employment and developing a skilled workforce. His priorities include expanding production capabilities, improving product quality and serving emerging industries. Copper recycling remains central to this vision. Through more efficient use of materials and energy, waste reduction and continuous improvement in manufacturing practices, he aims to grow the company responsibly and contribute to a more sustainable future.
